How do I prepare for my mobile tire appointment?

To help us serve you better and faster, here are some things to keep in mind before your mobile appointment:

1. Park your vehicle on a flat, level surface (a driveway or parking lot is perfect).

2. Have your wheel lock key ready if your vehicle uses one.

3. Make sure there’s at least 5 feet of space around your vehicle for the technician to work safely.

4. If you're getting a seasonal tire change, have your stored tires nearby and easily accessible.

5. In winter, clear snow and ice around your vehicle to create a safe work area.

6. Expect a call from your technician about 30 minutes before arrival to coordinate and meet you outside.

Do you offer mobile service year-round?

Yes! We operate in all seasons. Cold weather and snow typically won't stop us—but we do ask that you clear any ice or snow around your vehicle to keep things safe and efficient for our technicians.

What if there is extreme weather?

While we’re proud to operate year-round, certain extreme weather conditions — like heavy rain, hail, snowstorms or during extreme cold warnings can make it unsafe for our team to perform mobile services. If the weather isn't cooperating, we’ll reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment at a time that works for you. Your safety and satisfaction are always our top priorities.
